- Provide administrative support to the office staff - Manage and organize files, documents, and records - Greet visitors - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Perform basic proofreading and editing tasks - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with special projects as assigned -Substitute in classrooms as needed
Experience:
- Previous Office Assistant or Secretary experience required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in computerized systems and software applications preferably Word & Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Child friendly atmosphere in a Christian school setting/ be able to relate well with children Please send resume if these qualities and abilities apply.
