Job Description:
Provide exceptional clinical care that includes skills such as wound care, medication administration, disease process education, IV therapy.
Ensure clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and appropriately reflects quality patient care Submit OASIS and other clinical documentation in a timely manner Communicate patient's clinical needs with interdisciplinary team Qualifications include the following:
- Current Texas RN License.
- Current Certification in CPR - Valid Texas Drivers License and Insurance, with reliable transportation - Experience with OASIS preferred - Minimum of 1 yr prior Medicare home health experience, preferred - Knowledge of WellSky (Kinnser) EMR is a plus All applicants must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
