Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for residents - Coordinate and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to residents - Provide leadership and guidance to the wellness team - Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure quality care - Collaborate with other departments to promote a holistic approach to resident well-being - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare or senior living - Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement systems - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Understanding of home care, case management, and acute care principles Note:
