The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
We are seeking an individual who is eager to take on the responsibility of running the daily sales process from start to finish.
This individual must be a self-starter who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and is highly motivated.
Essential Functions:
Prospecting new sales opportunities through targeted calls, emails, and social media ads Follow up with potential customers to determine their needs and promote available products/services Provide customers with samples so they can make a decision before purchasing Follow up with customers to confirm their orders were received, and provide feedback regarding products/services Prepare closing statements for each Customer ensuring that all required information is included and that the order is in compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working in a RV environment; Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
Must be able to successfully develop relationships with customers to create a sale.
Must be able to successfully close sales by providing customer satisfaction.
Must have a strong desire to learn & grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Must be willing to work evenings/weekends as needed.
