The Construction Project Manager is expected to utilize and apply professional project/program management and strong leadership practices, principles, and skills to effectively manage direct and indirect reports in a matrix management/cross functional environment.
This position interfaces across all areas of the company to establish, implement and mature the methodology for project management, i.

Provides the leadership and personal fortitude necessary to grow and mature the organization, providing daily examples of the traits and actions required to successfully meet the vision, mission, and goals of the overall organization.

Drives and coordinates strategic project activities to ensure that objectives are being met.
Effectively markets department s capabilities, services, and strategies both within and outside of the department.
Actively solicits feedback related to department staffing, job performance, project deliverables, and takes action to address any issues.
Works with other project management departments to obtain appropriate staff to meet the needs of all projects.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
