Responsibilities:
Have extended knowledge of care plans development & implementation Fluent skills and completion MDS 2.
0 Must also possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals and objectives that are necessary for providing quality care.

Experience:
Must have 2-3 YEARS SNF/LTC EXPERIENCE Must have MDS / TILE experience Must be fluent in MDS 2.
0 Licensure / Certifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in this state.
