Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting the owner in the day-to-day operations of the office.
This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to:
answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
Answer phones in a friendly manner.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
Provide support to the owner as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the owner or manager.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to different situations.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive).
