Qualified candidates should know how/about:
Reading and Comprehension of construction drawings Operation of windows based computers and software Software familiarity of MS Office (word, excel) Working with, and adhering to schedules Material takeoffs Biding and or Estimating Candidates must be able to work with a team as well as have excellent communication skills.
This position will require phone conversations and emails with with general contractors, architects, material suppliers ect.
so verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Position is mainly local, but will sometimes require travel to/from jobsites with the occasional overnight stay.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and have a clean driving record.
