Types of Cases: General, Orthopedics, Spine, Cath Lab, Urology, Plastics & Obstetrics
Board Certification, State license, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 0- 30 days
