Primary duties will include, but not be limited to the following; Work closely with third party billing company to audit accounts receivable Oversees insurance verification for all patients Verify accurate accounting/collection from front office staff Prepare daily deposits Communicates with insurance carriers, physicians and related staff in a pleasant and expeditious manner for insurance and/or troubleshooting Demonstrates a positive enthusiastic attitude at all times when representing the practice Provides input on how to improve customer service, decrease costs and increase revenues for the practice Supports the practice core values and mission statement to develop, enhance and promote quality customer service through team effort Exhibits flexibility, sensitivity and respect while maintaining an effective working relationship with all team members Maintains practice confidentiality, follows HIPAA & OSHA guidelines and follows the rules and regulations of the practice as documented in the practice employee handbook Please mail or drop off resume at Cataract, Glaucoma & Retina Consultants of East Texas, 3302 N.
